AurixsFM — fleet management with track and trace built in

Track and manage every vehicle, machine and asset in your fleet on one live map, with services due by engine hours or kilometres, on-site scanning and work orders in one place. Built for mines, large fleet operators and contractors.

Why it exists

A large fleet needs more than dots on a map

Mines and fleet operators run hundreds of vehicles and machines across pits, shafts, depots and regions. Every day the same questions come up: where is each unit, is it working or standing, when is its next service, and what state is it in? Tracking platforms answer the first. Maintenance systems answer part of the rest. Few join them up.

AurixsFM does. Trackers and phone scans place every unit on one live map, services fall due from the hours and kilometres each unit actually runs, and the people on site confirm its condition.

Modules

Six working parts, one fleet record

Each module works on its own. Together they turn tracker data and site scans into maintenance and fleet decisions.

Live tracking and geofences

Every unit on one map, filtered by moving, idling, parked or silent. Geofences outline each mine lease, shaft, workshop and no-go zone.

  • Live position, speed and ignition
  • Daily tracks, trips and stops
  • Alerts on geofence exit, speeding, idling and lost signal
  • Street or satellite view, full screen on any device

Barcode and QR scanning

Every unit gets a QR label. Scanning it with any phone camera opens the unit and asks the person on site to confirm it is there.

  • Print labels as PDF, PNG or CSV for Brady, Zebra and Dymo
  • Scan with the phone camera or the in-app scanner
  • GPS position saved as the last confirmed location
  • Units without trackers traced by scan alone

On-site condition and comments

Each scan records who, when, where and what they said about the unit, so condition is captured where the equipment stands.

  • GPS position and accuracy on every scan
  • Comment on condition with each scan
  • Full scan history on the unit page
  • Formal condition ratings and photos through Aurixs condition assessments

Service plans and work orders

Services fall due by engine hours, kilometres or days, whichever comes first, with a forecast date from recent use.

  • Intervals by hours, km or days
  • Forecast from the last 30 days of use
  • Breakdown and defect work orders, assigned and scheduled
  • Operator licence, PrDP and medical expiry warnings

Parts traceability

Serialised parts and components are traced from stores to the unit and back, by barcode, with every move kept.

  • In stores, fitted, under repair, in transit or scrapped
  • Where each part is now
  • Fitted-to history per unit
  • Labels for parts and components

Trackers, IoT and back office

Trackers stream into your own cloud database through the Aurixs gateway. Keep the trackers you have and point them at AurixsFM.

  • Teltonika, GT06-compatible and IPS-protocol trackers, plus phone apps
  • Only registered devices accepted
  • CSV exports of registers, events and reports
  • ERP and back-office connection configured with you

Built for

Fleets that work where the roads end

AurixsFM shares one asset hierarchy with the AurixsRCM Platform, so mobile fleet and fixed plant are planned in one place.

Mines

Light vehicles, haul trucks, LHDs, drill rigs and utility vehicles across pits, shafts and workshops, with engine hours from ignition underground.

Large fleet operators

Transport, logistics and service fleets across many depots and regions, with live tracking, alerts, service plans and driver documents in one view.

Contractors and equipment hire

Yellow metal, generators, compressors and pumps, plus units on hire at client sites traced by tracker or scan and checked on return.

FAQ

AurixsFM questions

No. High-value units justify a tracker; lower-value items and tools can be traced by QR scan alone. Each scan places the unit on the map with the phone's GPS position.
Teltonika (FMB, FMC, FMM and TAT ranges), GT06-compatible devices from Concox and Jimi IoT, any device using the IPS 1.1 or 2.0 protocol, and the OsmAnd and Traccar Client phone apps. Existing trackers can usually be pointed at the Aurixs gateway.
Registers, events, reports and scan links export to CSV today. A direct connection to your ERP and back-office systems is scoped and configured with you.
They share the site hierarchy, work orders and sign-in. A unit in AurixsFM is an asset in AurixsRCM, so its work history feeds the maintenance strategy.
Below surface there is no GPS. Engine hours still count from ignition, and scans at the shaft or workshop place the unit.
Yes. Logo, colours and terminology are set per client, and modules are switched on per site.
